Meet the Owner
Julie Drain is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), a member of the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians (OAVT), Teacher (BSc, BEd), Dog Trainer and founder of Your Furever Friend. Julie has been helping pet parents create wonderful lives for their pets for over 25 years. Along with her incredible career working in Veterinary Clinics, Julie has also spent many years in education. She uses a compassionate approach while working with animals and their humans. Her specialty is helping pet owners get their puppy or kitty started off on the right paw so that they can raise the pet they love to fit their lifestyle perfectly!
Julie is the proud pet parent of Stella, the Golden Retriever and inspiration for Your Furever Friend and Phoenix her entertaining kitty. She is also pet grandparent to Luna and Pumpkin the comical guinea pigs, Jac the Quarter Horse, Popeye the pony, and last but not least, Nigel and Norbert the goats who are full of kisses and badness.
